How long will my order take?
Eiderdown pieces are filled and stitched after you order: three to four weeks to make, then five to seven business days in transit. Everything else leaves us in one to two business days.
Can I return a comforter?
Yes, within thirty nights of delivery. Contact us for a returns number before sending anything to the warehouse.
Do you make bespoke sizes?
We do. Send us your dimensions and preferred warmth and we will quote before anything is cut.
My piece is twenty years old. Can it be refilled?
Almost always. Write to the workshop with photographs and we will tell you what it needs and what it costs.
