Refund & Returns Policy
Please reach out to us and send us an email first about the reason for your return. If it’s a genuine reason, we will assist you at the first instance. Otherwise, please find below our detailed return and refund policy:
Cancellation
- We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
- If the product is already dispatched and you wish to cancel the order, no refund will be initiated.
Returns (if applicable)
- We accept the return of products. Customers can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping.
- No restocking fee will be charged for product returns.

Damaged Products (Received by Customer)

Damaged Products (Received by Us)
- If the product is returned to us in a damaged condition, no refund will be initiated. We recommend using reliable and trackable shipping services to return the product safely.
Missing Products
- Email [email protected] within 10 days of your order date along with your order number to initiate a refund or replacement.
Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

- Refunds will be processed to the same bank account/card used during purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the agreed refund amount once processed.
